Production Supervisor (Press Brake Dept.)

Come and join our growing family. T&D Metal Products, LLC is recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our Press Brake department. In this role, you will focus on the safety of employees, coaching to develop future leaders and to meet the productivity and quality requirements of the finished product. You will collaborate with other supervisors to develop, complete and improve on production requirements.

General Responsibilities:

Responsible for all activities associated with daily production while providing leadership and direction to production staff. Keeps team focused on productivity, safety, and quality requirements. Identifies and implements new processes and procedures as necessary. Monitor change-over and set-ups to reduce down time. Communicates and interacts with other supervisors daily to create an environment focused on teamwork, learning and innovation leading to best practices. Responsible for harboring the proper attitude toward health and safety through demonstrated behavior, active involvement in safety initiatives, and as an emergency first responder team member.

Qualifications:

3-5 years' experience in manufacturing environment 3-5 years' experience in leading, coaching and managing people. Ability to evaluate and prioritize departmental needs. Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals and situations and resolve conflicts as needed. Strong working knowledge of computers, including, but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheets, and database.

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
