What You'll Do:

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help support the daily operations of the store while creating an amazing experience for our neighbors and their pets.

Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the store as a key holder Supporting and motivating team members throughout each shift Assisting with training and development of new employees Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment Helping customers find the best products for their pets Assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, pricing updates, and truck shipments Supporting grooming operations and communicating with grooming customers Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and animal care Helping manage daily operational tasks and store procedures Assisting with online orders, curbside pickups, and merchandising Ensuring the store stays fun, energetic, clean, and organized Leading by example and helping build a positive team culture

What We're Looking For:

Previous retail leadership or supervisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Comfortable leading shifts and handling responsibilities independently Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Passion for pets and people Why Join Our Team?
