POSITION SUMMARY
As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for following up on leads who engage in Redwood Cabinets of Chicago products and convert them into customers, by setting up in-store appointments and assisting the client in the process of getting their design done. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase showroom appointments, calling warm leads, qualifying, and helping with designing. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have sales experience, an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

OBJECTIVES
Meet with a minimum of one client per day to give an offer for the design of their cabinets and countertops Assist customers in selecting the right cabinet color and design for their needs and preferences Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits to customers Manage the pipeline of prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources Perform daily follow-up with the existing customer and complete 100% of your to-do list for the day Manage customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of products Collaborate with the team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment Stay up-to-date on the latest cabinet trends and product knowledge Keep good communication with all departments. Interact with customers that come into the store. Team up with co-workers to make excellent, proper customer service.
COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of basic sales principle's rapport building, negotiations, offers, overcoming objections, and closing. Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of one appointment per day Ability to leverage CRM software and be accurate in taking notes on clients Comfortable with consistent follow-up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. video messages, gifts…etc) Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or high school diploma preferred At least 2-5 years of work experience in a sales-specific role with a long cycle transaction, and organizational development. Remodeling/ Construction experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
