Shop Manager / Mechanic - Full-Time Dry County Enterprises | Yorkville, IL Dry County Enterprises is seeking a dependable, hands-on Shop Manager/Mechanic to oversee daily shop operations and perform equipment and vehicle maintenance. This full-time position is ideal for someone who can balance leadership responsibilities with strong mechanical skills. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing routine maintenance, managing shop workflow, ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe. This role also includes coordinating schedules, maintaining service records, and troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise. Qualified applicants should have solid mechanical knowledge, prior shop or supervisory experience, and the ability to work independently. Welding and small engine experience are a plus.
