Motorclothes Manager Retail Leadership Experience Required Harley-Davidson of Fort Wayne is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Motorclothes Manager to lead our General Merchandise/Motorclothes Department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing a team, and has a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the Motorclothes Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our retail apparel and riding gear department, including sales performance, merchandising, inventory management, team development, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead, train, coach, and motivate the General Merchandise team to achieve sales and customer service goals Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, merchandising, promotions, and team engagement Establish sales objectives, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable for results Create an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty, referrals, and repeat business Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked sales displays and retail areas Analyze sales trends and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth Manage department inventory levels and work to maximize profitability Address customer concerns professionally and in accordance with dealership policies Ensure department operations align with company standards and financial objectives Support dealership events, promotions, and other initiatives as needed What We're Looking For Previous retail management experience required Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance goals Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using retail and inventory management systems Harley-Davidson, powersports, motorcycle, or apparel retail experience is a plus Must be available to work Saturdays Why Join Harley-Davidson of Fort Wayne?
