Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating Co-Manager Responsibilities:

The Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating Co-Manager is responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager at the Convenience Stores or Liquor Stores. The Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating Co

• Manager will cover any shifts that need coverage in the district. The Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating Co
• Manager supervises employee performance and manages tasks in a practical and objective manner. The Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating Co
• Manager is efficient in problem solving and helps guide employees in the execution of position checklists. The Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating CO
• Manager reports directly to the District Manager. Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating CO
• Manager duties will include, but are not limited to: Assist customers with needs and demonstrate concern; master "suggestive selling Account for store inventory and control of expenses through the ordering of appropriate inventory levels Handle accurate cash flow; control all company assets; ensure store signing and merchandise pricing are accurate Efficiently execute the Company s Mission/Vision statement, corporate strategy, goals, and objectives Maintain relationships with customers, associates, and vendors, treating all fairly and with respect Foster a work environment where good performance is recognized and rewarded Enforce Company rules, procedures, and policies at all times Handle and act on all disciplinary issues/areas of concern according to Company policy; investigate the loss of Company assets or suspected loss of Company assets Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of store premises; delegate duties as needed Effectively lead, train, motivate, and develop team members Maintain a safe and secure environment for all customers and associates; follow proper incident reporting procedures Possess a strong knowledge of store equipment, maintain store equipment, contact maintenance when necessary Responsible for daily paperwork and deposits Understand, track, and manage waste, expired or damaged product Obtain and update Indiana Liquor License throughout employment and carry liquor license during work hours

Experience/Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to obtain an Indiana Liquor License and complete Indiana Server Training Program Able to obtain ServSafe certification Able to obtain IDEM certification Stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% customer focus Proven track record in managing staff, budgets and overall store performance Leadership skills, including strong communication, problem solving, time management, conflict resolution and ability to build strong teams through cross-training and development of staff

Preferred Skills:

Two (2) years of management experience Customer service experience Retail background

Hours:

The Convenience Store/LiqGo Floating Co

• Manager works a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Open availability is required; however, set schedules are provided
