We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time, year-round position with seasonal hours during peak sales periods . What you'll do: Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling Assist the management team with daily store operations Handle cash, deposits, and bank procedures accurately Oversee, lead, and support store staff Assist and address customer concerns professionally Monitor inventory on the sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
