Are you passionate about retail and customer service? Do you have a knack for leadership and team management? Sky Dine is seeking a dynamic and motivated Gift Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal product availability Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with management and vendors to enhance the store's offerings and promotions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the airport's busy schedule
