Grocery Store Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused assistant frontend manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kosher grocery store. The ideal candidate will have the ability to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all customers are provided with excellent customer service . Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding all products. Responsible for the presentation of product display and cleanliness of the storefront, ensuring it meets health and safety standards. Maintain a professional environment that breeds consistency of products and operational flow that allows customer expectations to be met. Monitor stock levels of all grocery items to ensure shelves are well-stocked and fresh. Lead, train, and manage a small team of employees, ensuring all staff are knowledgeable in relevant grocery areas. Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Assist in working to minimize waste and shrinkage while maximizing profits.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management with an emphasis on proper protocol, procedures & best practices in grocery store operations, or a related field Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred:

2+ years' experience working in grocery or food-related environment. .

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
