You inspire collaboration, accountability, and excellence, while educating and supporting the service team to deliver the best dining experience for guests and a positive work environment for employees. What You'll Do Cultivate a culture of authentic hospitality that supports business objectives and team growth. Maintain dining room excellence, cleanliness, and adequate inventory, ensuring staff are familiar with standards and service procedures. Foster positive working relationships with kitchen leaders and line staff, ensuring effective communication during service. Provide hands-on support to service staff and actively participate in service as needed. Collaborate with beverage management to conduct, reconcile, and submit month-end beverage inventory. Ensure compliance with HR practices, policies, and payroll processes; evaluate and enforce disciplinary procedures as needed. Maintain DOL and Health Department compliance for operational standards. Hire, train, and develop service staff in line with restaurant standards for hospitality and excellence; manage scheduling and provide ongoing coaching. What We Need From You 2+ years dining room experience in hospitality & casual dining; management experience preferred. Strong food and beverage knowledge. Passion for education and team development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred:
