Job Description

Cato is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to join it's team in Newton, KS! Versona is an exclusive women's boutique offering apparel and accessories at exceptional prices every day! Committed to high quality fashions, our stores carry everything needed to complete an individualized outfit including jewelry, handbags, shoes and all the fashion trend items of the season. Our customers enjoy an upscale shopping environment in an easy-to-shop format.
Responsibilities:
Assist in directing the objectives for the entire store including staffing/personnel management, merchandising, expense control, sales generation/customer service, loss prevention, planning and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Two years of retail store management experience required. Multi-store management experience preferred.
