This position requires a dedicated individual who has effective communication and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to manage a team while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Maintaining store operations, including inventory and opening and closing duties. Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Inventory & SKU new merchandise Effectively handle Layaway, Repair and Custom jobs and services. Check & reply to emails and mail correspondences Ensure compliance with company policies. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving store performance. Monitor store performance, providing feedback and support. Qualifications Previous experience in jewelry store management. Strong skills in office operations Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient math skills for handling transactions and pricing accurately. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and staff.
