This role is vital in ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive experience in mobile/ cell phone management, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. As a Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing inventory, ensuring cell phone standards, and driving overall business success. Duties Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of repair quality and safety. Oversee daily operations including ensuring smooth workflow during peak hours. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure product knowledge. Implement and monitor repair procedures, ensuring compliance with Mobilecomm standards. Utilize POS systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking. Conduct staff training sessions focused on sales, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized store and back of house area that adheres to all Mobilecomm guidelines. Support budgeting efforts by controlling costs related to supplies, and carrier promotions . Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Experience Proven retail experience. Extensive background in retail, cell phone repair, and customer service. Demonstrated success in a retail environment. Hands-on experience with POS systems for sales transactions and reporting. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices. Experience in staff training & development effectively. Background in retail management with skills in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a hospitality-focused culture.
