Ice Cream Store Manager & Assistant Manager Graeter's Ice Cream has expanded and seeks experienced Store Manager and hourly Assistant Managers to join our team in Northern Kentucky. Our Store managers can earn between $45,000 to $62,000 per year, depending on your experience. Assistant Managers earn $19.50 to $24 an hour, depending on experience. As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for all aspects of the store and its operations, including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates while driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques and local marketing. As an Assistant Manager , you will be responsible for supporting the store manager and completing all management-related tasks. To qualify for these positions, you must have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment and: A high school diploma or GED. Strong math and reading skills. Be able to lift 40 pounds, as needed, to occasionally help unload delivery trucks.
