• Overview:

• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager to lead our retail store team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Duties:

• Manage store operations, including stock, inventory, and cash handling Oversee customer service and sales, ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience Supervise and train a team of sales associates, managers, and other store staff Plan and implement sales promotions and in-store events to drive sales growth Conduct regular inventory counts, manage stock, and maintain a clean and organized store Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing needs Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations Manage the store's budget, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that the store is profitable Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer service, teamwork, and excellence •

Requirements:

• Proven experience in store management, preferably in a retail setting Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in stock management and inventory control Experience with payroll and scheduling software Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of retail best practices and current trends A strong understanding of math and the ability to perform basic calculations A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment A passion for customer service and a desire to drive sales growth This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our retail store and contribute to our success.
