is seeking a Store Manager to lead our urban fashion retail store located at Oakwood Center Mall in Gretna, Louisiana. Our mission is to provide customers with the latest urban fashion trends while creating a strong and positive shopping experience through teamwork, leadership, and excellent customer service. We value accountability, honesty, teamwork, and growth in every aspect of our business. This position is best suited for someone who has a passion for fashion retail, leadership, and building a strong sales team. We are looking for a motivated individual who can help lead our team, maintain store standards, and drive sales performance. Candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum 4 years of management experience in retail or related industry Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to motivate employees and maintain a high standard of accountability Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Experience interviewing, hiring, training, and managing employees Basic computer skills and experience using POS and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with loss prevention and inventory control Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 35 lbs Ability to work approximately 40-50 hours per week Reliable transportation to and from work
