This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys being hands-on in daily operations. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, visual merchandising, team development, and community-driven retail. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to create an exceptional customer experience Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and cash handling Drive sales through strong leadership, merchandising, and customer engagement Train, coach, and develop team members Maintain store appearance and visual standards Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product organization Handle customer concerns professionally and positively Help execute in-store events, promotions, and seasonal floor sets Monitor payroll and labor goals Maintain a fun, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff Qualifications Previous retail management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Social media/content creation experience is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who: Loves local culture, fashion, gifts, and boutique retail Takes initiative and solves problems independently Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed Brings energy, creativity, and personality to the workplace Understands that retail is about creating memorable experiences, not just transactions Competitive pay based on experience, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth included.
