Full-time, on-site Job Summary CDR General Services is seeking a dedicated Shipping Department Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations for live insects and reptile products. This role supports order fulfillment, packaging, quality control, inventory, employee supervision, and daily department goals. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately using order management systems Package and label live insects and reptile products Perform quality checks before shipment Coordinate shipping logistics and carrier pickups Monitor inventory levels Operate basic machinery used to build shipping boxes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with department projects as needed Supervise team members, delegate duties, and support training Assist with HR paperwork, safety policies, and disciplinary actions as needed Requirements 2 years of experience in production, agriculture, packaging, or a related field preferred 2 years of progressive responsibility in a team environment Basic computer skills Ability to read and write in English Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Ability to lead and support a crew of up to 20 employees Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions Must be able to obtain forklift certification, including preliminary and random drug screening Must comfortable working with live insects and larva

$25.00 per hour
