Pay Range:

Because the first few months involve dedicated, 1-on-1 operational training and mentorship, we feature a structured pay progression: Months 1 - 3 (Training Period): $13.00 per hour Months 4 - 6 (Post-Training): $14.00 per hour Month 6+ (Full Permanent Rate): $15.00 per hour
The Role:
A Trusted Partnership We are seeking two dependable, high-integrity professionals to manage our Ruston storefront. As an Assistant Store Manager and Key Holder, you are the face of the business and the guardian of our standards. This is an "ownership" role—we are looking for the two structural pillars who will keep our operations running smoothly every single day. ⏰ Available Shifts (Pick One + Flexibility) Shift A (Opening Specialist): 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM Shift B (Closing Specialist): 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM The "Flexibility Factor" (Required): To ensure the store remains operational, both managers must be willing to cover the other's shift in the event of an emergency, illness, or scheduled vacation. This is a collaborative, team-player setup where you support your partner's coverage needs.
Core Responsibilities Reliable Key Holder:
Take full responsibility for the physical security of the building. You must ensure the doors open exactly at 7:30 AM or are properly locked and secured at 5:30 PM.
Precision Garment Marking:
Meticulously inspect and tag incoming clothes. You will learn to identify specific fabric types and stains to prevent damage during the cleaning process.
Independent Problem Solving:
Handle customer inquiries, service delays, or order discrepancies with a professional, "customer-first" attitude.
Transaction Integrity:
Accurately process payments and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system with 100% accuracy. Requirements (No Exceptions)
Proven Responsibility:
Minimum 3+ years of stable work history, specifically in roles that required opening/closing or handling store keys.
Extreme Punctuality:
A proven track record of being on time, every single time. The "Hawk Eye": Ability to maintain intense focus and accuracy during high-volume drop-off periods.
Local & Reliable:
Must be an established resident of the local area with a consistent, dependable way to get to work daily.
