This is a unique retail environment that combines traditional customer service with modern technology, requiring someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and with customers. While this location operates primarily through a self-service kiosk model, there is often regular interaction with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and ensure every customer has an outstanding experience. The ideal candidate understands that even limited interactions are opportunities to deliver exceptional service and build trust in our brand. This role includes opening and closing responsibilities, maintaining the appearance and organization of the store, monitoring operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality. The position requires someone who is responsible, reliable, punctual, and consistently professional, with strong attention to detail and pride in their work.
