As the operational backbone of the marketing team, you will coordinate campaigns, manage resources, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This position manages a dedicated team of marketers across digital, traditional, field, and outbound phone channels, in addition to serving on the company's leadership team. Marketing is a blend of art and science and we are looking for an operational leader who delights in the where and how those meet. This is not simply a creative role, nor just a numbers play; this role is about achieving marketing excellence through effective management of people and resources - providing direction and energy and support. Responsibilities Drive a consistently full sales calendar with high-quality in-home appointments Be responsible for management, motivation, and development of our marketing personnel including an in-house Digital & Lead Acquisition Lead, Events & Retail Marketing Lead, Outbound and Inbound Callers Oversee and optimize multiple lead generation channels including: SEO / organic, paid digital, lead aggregators, partnerships/referrals, outbound calling, events/field marketing, and direct mail Manage the departmental budget, directing the use of funds to maximize set appointments while maintaining efficient CPLI Support a scaling field marketing initiative through staffing, training, and resource allocation Develop our inside sales program into a consistent, high performing operation through the application of best practices and process support Support and grow our successful word of mouth and organic lead generation efforts Ensure consistent and reliable internal branding Partner closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and results Exercise autonomy to test, optimize and reallocate resources quickly in pursuit of constant improvement Identify opportunities to build internal capabilities where appropriate Skills Experience in high-volume, direct-to-consumer, in home lead generation environments Strong understanding of traditional & digital marketing combined with call center or outbound/event marketing efforts Proven track record of achieving measurable performance goals Ability to manage both strategy and execution Strong bias for action and continuous improvement Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining strong team relationships Strong budgeting skills to plan, allocate funds wisely, and track financial performance of campaigns Persistent positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $100,000 - $125,000 Performance-based bonus: $10,000 - $75,000+ (based on appointments, cost per lead, and revenue) Full benefits package including health insurances and 401k with company match and no vesting period Annual company awards trip with qualifying performance (spouse/significant other invited!)
