Part Time Retail Dispensary Keyholder

This opening is for a candidate who would be flexible with their working location. We have 3 stores, one in each of the towns of Ashby, Groton, and Bolton. Being able to work weekends and nights is a must . Other flexibility is preferred. United Cultivation is looking to employ talented, customer service driven individuals to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Keyholder includes opening and closing the store, greeting customers, sharing knowledge and feedback on products, answering customer questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be comfortable in answering customers' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their uses and methods of consumption. We will provide the necessary cannabis education to perform these tasks. The Keyholder will also be processing customer orders and payments on the dispensaries POS system. and verifying cash is correct at the end of night. Candidates best suited for this position are dependable, people oriented, and flexible. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service Keep abreast of the latest cannabis laws and compliance Ensure compliance in all transactions Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale system Closing duties of the store Ensuring the dispensary is clean and organized at all times Ensuring customers are well informed and satisfied with their purchase Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing experience Answer all questions and concerns Flexibility on other duties as needed Skills 21+ years of age Criminal background check (required) High School or equivalent Customer Service preferred
