Accepting Candidates About the role We are seeking an experienced technology leader to support and optimize enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms across procurement, contracts, vendor risk, and approval workflows. This role will lead operational support, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional technology initiatives while guiding an S2P applications team. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement activities for Source-to-Pay (S2P) technology platforms Provide technical and operational leadership for Coupa, Icertis, ProcessUnity, and DocuSign Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and cross-functional coordination for enterprise technology initiatives Lead team 1:1s, weekly operational meetings, and provide mentorship to S2P technology team members Drive execution of large-scale IT implementations , system improvements, and operational process optimization Support governance and compliance needs related to SOX and GxP environments (preferred) Qualifications Proven experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and enterprise procurement technologies Hands-on experience with Coupa, Icertis, ProcessUnity, and DocuSign ; Concur experience is a plus Strong background in IT operations , enterprise application support, and complex technology implementations Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional initiatives Experience leading teams, handling escalations, and driving operational excellence SOX and GxP exposure preferred Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $80-$90/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
