We're currently seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager who's ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and help lead a team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service. What You'll Do As the Assistant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and achieving business goals. You'll be a hands-on leader, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy. Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals Ensure compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly What You Bring Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team Focus on guest service and satisfaction Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset Must be at least 18 years of age Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks and Benefits We're proud to offer benefits that help you thrive both on and off the clock. REQUIREMENTS
