Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly Possess strong organizational skills Understanding of proper budgeting and cost control practices Ability to build profitable top-line sales Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset!

REQUIREMENTS
