- Oversee daily HVAC service operations
- Manage and support service technicians and dispatch flow
- Improve scheduling, productivity, and customer experience
- Handle escalated customer concerns and service agreements
- Monitor department KPIs, profitability, and performance
- Help grow and strengthen the residential service division ✅
What We're Looking For:
- HVAC service leadership experience
- Strong operations and customer service background
- Experience managing technicians and field teams
- Knowledge of service agreements and maintenance programs
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
