The Opportunity We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is excited to grow with us—someone ready to learn the business inside and out, take ownership of the floor, and step into the Store Manager role over time. This is a hands-on mix of leadership, retail expertise, and personal styling. You'll lead by example, help drive sales, and ensure the store runs smoothly, beautifully, and with intention for our Milton and Norwell, MA locations. Who You Are Reliable and accountable —you show up, follow through, and own outcomes Genuinely good with people —customers and teammates feel at ease around you Comfortable leading —you can direct, coach, and hold a team to a standard with warmth Flexible —you can pivot between styling a customer, jumping on a shipment, and covering a shift Passionate about boutique fashion —you have a real eye for product and styling, not just a casual interest Looking to grow —you want to build a career here, not just hold a position What You'll DoCustomer Experience Deliver exceptional service and personalized styling to every customer Build clientele and support local community engagement efforts Handle customer concerns with warmth and professionalism Leadership & Team Help train and mentor team members, leading by example on the floor Support daily staff scheduling and task delegation Foster a positive, motivated, and inclusive team culture Step in as acting Manager when needed, with growing responsibility over time Store Operations & Merchandising Run opening and closing procedures and day-to-day operations Support visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards Help manage inventory, restocks, and transfers Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming Qualifications 1-2 years of retail experience; leadership or key holder experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and customer connection Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Interested in a long-term role with a clear path to Store Manager Perks & Benefits A clear path to Store Manager for the right person Supportive, creative, boutique work environment Employee discount Bi-weekly pay Employer contribution toward individual MassHealth coverage (employee responsible for remaining portion; dependent coverage available at employee expense)
