Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and deliver a high level of service to a discerning clientele. This role blends leadership, logistics, and customer engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational management and working directly with customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage inventory , including tracking stock levels, receiving shipments, and maintaining organization Order furniture and accessories to maintain appropriate stock levels and seasonal offerings Coordinate and schedule deliveries , ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment Interact professionally with clientele , providing a personalized and consultative sales experience Design and maintain showroom layouts to maximize visual appeal and sales flow Assist with and occasionally build or assemble furniture as needed Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times Qualifications Prior retail management or relevant leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and inventory management skills Comfortable working with customers and providing exceptional service Ability to multitask and handle both administrative and physical tasks Basic mechanical ability for furniture assembly Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with premium outdoor furniture products A dynamic role combining operations, sales, and creativity Growth potential within the company How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
