Oversee the daily operations of a Total Wireless location, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture for both the sales team and our valued customers.
Champion community engagement and marketing initiatives to build relationships and organically drive traffic / referrals to the store.
Create and execute marketing plans (both online and in person) within the community to drive foot traffic to your locationResponsible for remotely managing store sales and operations when not physically present in the location.
Strong ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving retail environment.
Flexibility to work a schedule of up to 45+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do:
Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional customer interaction and sales techniques, while also embodying the desired store culture.Drive sales performance and growth across key business metrics through effective leadership, coaching, and sales strategies.
Oversee the daily operations of a Total Wireless location, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture for both the sales team and our valued customers.

What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in retail wireless management or other relevant retail sales management experience.2+ years of proven success in sales experience within the wireless or a related industryA proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and company KPI's.Strong ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
