We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and support day-to-day store operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in retail, enjoys mentoring others, and is ready to take the next step in store leadership. What You\'ll Do Lead on the Floor
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Support add-on sales and special orders
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Support Store Operations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Manage store operations in the Store Manager\'s absence
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Monitor and respond to loss prevention concerns Drive Sales & Merchandising
  • Assist with planograms, endcaps, promotional displays, and signage
  • Participate in inventory counts, ordering, and pricing
  • Promote loyalty programs and increase basket size Develop the Team
  • Train and coach sales associates and cashiers
  • Encourage teamwork and accountability
  • Help lead and participate in team meetings What We\'re Looking For
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a team
  • Outstanding customer service mindset
  • Retail experience preferred (hardware experience a plus)
  • Comfortable operating POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
