Retail Sales Leadership Trainee We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Leadership Trainee. This role is designed for someone with proven retail sales experience who is ready to grow into a leadership position while actively contributing to store sales performance and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is confident working directly with customers, building relationships, driving revenue, and helping lead a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role focused on both sales success and future management development.

Key Responsibilities of Retail Sales Leadership Trainee:

Drive individual and team sales performance while supporting store revenue goals Deliver an outstanding customer experience and confidently recommend products and solutions Assist with coaching and motivating sales associates to achieve performance goals Support merchandising, promotions, and showroom presentation to maximize sales opportunities Learn all aspects of retail leadership, including sales strategy, team development, and store operations Help manage customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience Participate in ongoing management and sales training programs

Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience required Strong communication, closing, and customer relationship skills Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment Leadership potential with a desire to grow into store management Ability to motivate others and contribute to a positive team culture Basic computer and POS system knowledge Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
