Job Description

A store manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring customers receive accurate product information and excellent service. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Open and close the store according to company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Monitor inventory levels and place product orders as needed Receive, check, and stock incoming shipments Handle cash management, deposits, and point-of-sale operations Sales and Customer Service Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) Train staff on sales techniques and customer engagement Provide product recommendations based on customer needs Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and returns professionally Build customer loyalty through excellent service and follow-up Team Leadership Create and manage staff schedules Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching Motivate employees to achieve sales and service objectives Foster a positive and professional work environment Product Knowledge Maintain strong knowledge of vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition products, and wellness trends Educate staff on product features, benefits, and proper usage Stay informed about new products and industry developments Ensure marketing and promotional materials are accurate and properly displayed Inventory Management Conduct regular inventory counts and audits Minimize product loss, shrinkage, and expired inventory Analyze sales trends to optimize stock levels Coordinate promotions and seasonal product displays Qualifications Retail management experience (2-3+ years) Sales leadership experience Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of supplements, nutrition, fitness, or wellness products Inventory management and merchandising experience Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
Pay:
$38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
