Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including shift management and team coordination. Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste. Handle customer interactions with professionalism, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage sales processes using POS systems, including cashiering, pricing adjustments, and sales tracking. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a strong, motivated workforce. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance. Maintain accurate records of payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and other administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting processes. Knowledge of retail math, sales management techniques, inventory control, and merchandising principles. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and store management software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in training & development, budgeting, marketing strategies, and shift management is preferred.
