We're looking for a leader who wants to grow with us. Job Overview PayMore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, hit sales goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on, working manager role. You'll be on the sales floor daily—buying electronics from customers, pricing items for resale, coaching the team, and keeping the store running efficiently. If you're not comfortable talking tech, closing deals, and leading by example, this role will not be a fit. Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Leadership Manage daily store operations and shift coverage Recruit, train, and develop store staff Conduct regular employee performance evaluations Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain professional store standards and merchandising Sales, Buying & Customer Experience Determine pricing for electronics using company software and resources Negotiate pricing with customers professionally and confident reasoning Identify, test, and assess a wide range of consumer electronics Close sales, generate intake receipts, and build customer relationships Inventory & Financial Management Oversee inventory control, stock management, and ordering Manage store budget, expenses, and revenue Ensure accurate record keeping and POS entries eCommerce & Shipping Administer all aspects of online transactions Package and ship sold items accurately and efficiently Qualifications Required Strong electronics knowledge, including, but not limited to: Smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming systems Data wiping devices and removing iCloud/account locks Windows & macOS systems Ability to quickly identify, test, and assess electronics in a fast-paced environment Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills Ability to type quickly and accurately (accuracy is critical) Professional appearance and demeanor Punctual, upbeat, "get it done" attitude Ability to follow protocols and procedures Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Willingness to participate in periodic drug testing Experience Requirements 2+ years of sales experience (required) 2+ years of customer service experience (required) 1+ year of management experience (required) Preferred Bilingual (Spanish) Familiarity with second-hand online marketplaces and auction sites Ability to quickly research completed listings and resale trends
