This role requires strong leadership and management skills to guide the team, support sales associates, and maintain high standards of service and store performance. The position also involves cash handling and strong product knowledge of Asian lifestyle products, including snacks, skincare, beauty, and cosmetics. Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, register balancing, and reconciliation Provide leadership and direction to sales associates during shifts Train, coach, and support staff to improve performance and product knowledge Assist team members with customer service issues and in-store problem-solving Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain strong knowledge of Asian lifestyle products, including snacks, skincare, beauty, and cosmetics Support management in achieving daily sales targets and operational goals Requirements & Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills (required) Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred Experience with cash handling, opening, and closing procedures Strong knowledge or interest in Asian lifestyle products (snacks, skincare, beauty, cosmetics) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
