For more than 7 years, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious vegan food and beverages to our community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. This role is responsible for managing approximately 10-15 team members (depending on the season), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining inventory, coordinating production, and supporting business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of employees. Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control. Coordinate kitchen production and operational workflows. Assist with scheduling, staff training, and performance management. Support production planning and help drive operational efficiency. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in food service, hospitality, or retail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with inventory management and operational planning. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Kitchen experience is required. Passion for healthy, nutritious food and customer service.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
