$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store performance. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, including sales growth, employee development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and loss prevention. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader who can motivate employees, achieve sales goals, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, train and develop team members, maintain high operational standards, and create a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees. Create employee schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales goals and company objectives. Foster a positive, productive, and professional work environment. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts. Sales & Customer Service Drive store sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals. Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service. Assist customers with product selection and provide expert product knowledge. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Operations & Inventory Management Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures. Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure all cash handling and POS procedures are followed accurately. Loss Prevention & Compliance Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory shrinkage and investigate discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Complete incident reports and communicate concerns to upper management. Protect company assets through effective loss prevention practices. Administrative Duties Review sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage labor costs and scheduling efficiencies. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools to analyze store performance.
