Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted leader on the sales floor, ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting team members in achieving sales goals. As a Key Holder, you will be empowered to open and close the store, manage daily tasks, and foster a positive shopping environment. Your energy, leadership skills, and attention to detail will help drive our store's success and create memorable experiences for our customers. Responsibilities Open and close the store safely, following established procedures to ensure security and operational readiness Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction Supervise daily store activities including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Manage stock levels through inventory control, purchasing, and stocking to ensure product availability Oversee shift management , training staff and ensuring adherence to company policies Handle POS transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining cash register security Coordinate with management on sales strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities Maintain organized store environment through effective merchandising, housekeeping, and safety protocols Skills Strong leadership with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or grocery settings Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Proficient in retail math, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting fundamentals Skilled in inventory management software, POS systems, and merchandising techniques Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence with a focus on sales management and retail sales strategies Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts Experience in recruiting, training & development of team members, and supervising staff performance Knowledge of marketing tactics to promote products and increase store traffic Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing administrative responsibilities Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Join us as a Key Holder if you're passionate about leading teams, delivering top-tier customer experiences, and driving retail success! $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
