Job Purpose:
  • The Key Holder at
COSTELLOS ACE
is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing opening and closing procedures, overseeing staff during shifts, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. This role is crucial in supporting the store management team and ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales floor activities, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Supervise and lead store associates during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the management team in implementing store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge related to retail operations.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosp for customers.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
Required Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience with cash handling and managing store operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.
