Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of body shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards Develop and implement strategic plans to increase shop productivity, profitability, and customer retention Monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for process improvements to maximize financial performance Oversee staffing, training, and development of team members to maintain high levels of technical expertise and customer service excellence Drive business development initiatives by cultivating relationships with insurance companies, fleet clients, and local businesses Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining safety protocols Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve overall shop performance Qualifications Proven management experience within a commercial body shop or similar environment with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and business development strategies Knowledge of profit & loss management, sales techniques, and project management principles Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and client interactions Ability to analyze operational data to make informed decisions that enhance productivity and profitability Prior experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements is highly desirable Join us as a Body Shop Manager where your leadership will inspire excellence!
