Assistant Manager

We're looking for awesome Assistant Managers to join our team! The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in managing the restaurant including restaurant profitability, staffing, people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image and culture. In the absence of the general manager, the Restaurant Assistant Manager performs all managerial duties. They report to general managers and directly supervise all restaurant team members. REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service environment. Previous experience in management required Ability to read, listen to, and follow directions, communicate with English speaking guests, and count change as required. Ability to maintain stationary position (e.g. standing) for extended periods of time

• constantly Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to shelves and to cabinets above and below counter height
