Interview & Training Details Interview Location:

All initial interviews for this new store are being conducted at our nearby Waldorf location: 3728 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603 .

Paid Management Training:

To set you up for absolute success, your initial management training will take place at an established nearby store. Once fully trained, you will transition to lead our brand-new team for the Lexington Park grand opening!

Pay & Total Earnings Total Hourly Range:

$16.00•$18.00 per hour (Base pay + guaranteed tips). Clear Path to a

Raise:

Start at a $14.00•$16.00/hr base wage during your initial training phase, with an automatic raise immediately upon successful completion of training and certification!

The Breakdown:

$14.00•$16.00 Base Pay (depending on training phase/experience) + guaranteed tips

Overtime Perks:

All hourly training over 40 hours is paid at 1.5× your base rate.

Stable Income:

Consistent scheduling and reliable weekly pay while you train for promotion.

Availability & Shifts Shift Flexibility:

Open availability is required (Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays) to successfully run operations for this grand opening. What You'll Do (Leadership in Action)

Daily Operations:

Lead restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, maintaining our high standards for food quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Supervision:

Supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.

Food Safety & Prep:

Manage food preparation processes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.

Inventory & Profitability:

Oversee inventory control, including stock levels and ordering supplies, while minimizing waste to optimize store profitability.

Culture Creator:

Lead by example, bring the energy, and build a positive, team-first environment.

What We Are Looking For Experience Requirement:

Previous restaurant management, shift leader, or supervisory experience is required.

Age Requirement:

Must be 18+ to meet safety requirements for running our slicing equipment.
