ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Shop Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a single-person shop. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, managing inventory, coordinating parts procurement, and supporting field and project teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Maintain overall shop organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Manage and track inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking materials Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records Coordinate and execute parts runs to vendors and job sites Receive deliveries and verify contents against purchase orders Stage materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming projects Track and maintain shop tools, equipment, and consumables Support operations team by ensuring timely availability of materials Identify opportunities to improve shop processes and efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
