Roberts Oxygen, a trusted name in industrial, medical, and specialty gases andequipment, is looking for a dedicated Store Manager Supervisor to join our teamfor the Metro Washington DC area (DMV). This position will be located inRockville, MD and will require local travel within the area.

Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. The Store Manager Supervisor isresponsible for the overall success of retail store operations, management supervisor ofStore Managers, store hiring and scheduling coverage, store lease and facilities, safetyand licensure compliance, and area stores contribution. Cultivates and fosters longterm positive customer and employee relationships. Provides excellent customer serviceby maximizing Roberts Oxygen personnel, resources and capabilities to support andachieve the company's growth and financial goals.

Skills and experience requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • 3 years of store management experience
  • 3 years of industry inside sales or customer experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid computer skills and usage of Microsoft Office Products to include Word,EXCEL, PowerPoint, and internet
  • CDL Driver License preferred or the ability to obtain
