This role ensures product quality, cleanliness, and timely fulfillment. Duties Production Management Oversee the creation of handmade products, ensuring all formulas and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed Monitor mixing, whipping, and preparation processes to maintain product consistency and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment Packaging & Fulfillment Oversee packaging, labeling, and preparation of all orders according to brand standards Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of e-commerce, retail, and bulk orders Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet brand expectations prior to shipment Inventory & Operations Track and manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods Coordinate production planning and restocking based on demand Maintain organized systems for inventory, supplies, and workflow efficiency Distribution & Partnership Support Support the CEO with preparation and execution of orders for distributors, wholesale clients, and hospitality partners Coordinate bulk and custom orders, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and delivery timelines Assist in organizing logistics for distribution, including order allocation and shipment coordination Ensure all partner-facing orders reflect the brand's premium quality and presentation standards Qualifications Some experience or interest in production, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Basic critical thinking and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role Comfortable following instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Experience with inventory or fulfillment systems is a plus, but not required Join Shielded & Blessed Cosmetics in shaping the future of luxury skincare and luxury hospitality, where excellence, intention, and innovation come together to create elevated experiences for customers and guests worldwide.✨
