Job Description

Job Summary As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring profitability, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise store staff to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
  • Train and mentor employees on product knowledge and customer service
  • Conduct interviews and hire new team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in math for handling transactions and managing finances
  • Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and goals
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate potential candidates
  • Familiarity with market trends and pricing strategies
  • Good phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus
Pay:
$50,000.00
