Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity Coordinate scheduling and shift management to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost store performance Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships Conduct regular store inspections to uphold safety standards, cleanliness, and organization Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong background in retail sales and team leadership Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques Excellent communication skills for coaching staff and engaging with customers professionally Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and retail math calculations Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus but not required Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a retail environment is preferred Join our team as a Retail Supervisor and be part of a vibrant company that values leadership, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
