Role:

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the thrift store, ensuring safe, efficient operations while driving sales growth and community engagement. This role oversees daily operations, staff and volunteers, and inventory management to maximize donations, production, and revenue. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, team-oriented environment while delivering excellent customer service and meeting monthly sales goals. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions

Experience:

3-5 years of retail experience 2-3 years in a supervisory role preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Positive and reliable work history Thrift store experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
