Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Full Time Key Holder to join our retail team. In this vital leadership role, you will serve as a trusted authority on the sales floor, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing exceptional customer service. As a key holder, you will support store management in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment, all while motivating and guiding team members to achieve their best. Your proactive approach and leadership skills will help drive sales, optimize inventory management, and uphold our high standards of store excellence. Duties Open and close the store responsibly, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Assist with employee orientation, training new team members on store policies and customer service standards Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong team Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing decisions Oversee POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash handling, and cashiering to ensure accuracy and security Support management with scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and managing daily store operations Implement sales strategies through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Assist with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth store functioning Lead by example in customer service excellence and foster a positive team environment Skills Strong leadership abilities with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee orientation techniques Proficient in retail math, budgeting, sales management, and retail management principles Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures Knowledge of merchandising strategies, marketing initiatives, and store presentation standards Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with recruiting processes including interviewing and onboarding new employees Ability to manage time efficiently while overseeing shift operations and supervising staff Competent in bookkeeping tasks such as payroll processing and inventory record keeping Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train & develop team members for success Join us as a Full Time Key Holder if you're passionate aboutfragrance, retail management and eager to make a positive impact on your team!
