Summary Dore's Mobil M15 is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team and support the day-to-day operations of our busy convenience store and fuel station. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, leading by example, and creating a positive experience for both customers and team members. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, maintain high standards, develop team members, and drive store performance. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring company standards are met. Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example. Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and teamwork. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. Ensure completion and accuracy of daily paperwork and store reporting. Maintain merchandise inventory and assist with ordering and receiving products. Verify merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure financial controls are followed. Conduct fuel and product price surveys as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Help ensure all equipment and facilities are operating properly. Support scheduling, labor management, and operational goals. Uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager. Requirements Previous retail, convenience store, food service, or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to motivate and develop team members. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Schedule Full-Time Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
